In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful
I have the honor to inform you that as I have been told, you intend to print and publish the Prime Minister's telegram. «1» I should explicitly say that publishing it is very unadvisable for Islam and the seminary and even unadvisable for you yourself. I cannot bear to see the clergymen being humiliated. I would not like the seminary to be considered so much debased and belittled in the eyes of the government and the nation. Please stop its printing and publication by any means you have, so that the government itself would publish it. Please phone the printing house right now to keep them from printing or distributing it. I fear it may entail evil consequences.
