As the issue is not clear to me, I hereby appoint His Eminence Hujjat al-Islam Aqa Sayyid Muhyiddin Taleqani as my proxy to rent out the mortmain according to the usual practice, and to spend the part with an absent owner as alms on their behalf. If it is not possible to reach them to deliver it and hand it in if they can or keep it for them until their return. «1»
