After extending my sincere regards, I have to express my regret on the incident happened in the holy city of Mashhad. It seems that the agents want to arouse the people on purpose.
Isolating Ayatullah Qummi «2» will have no result for the ruling regime but causing disturbance among people and clergymen. I am looking forward to hear from the situation in Mashhad and Your Eminence's health.
