I wish to let you know that I have received your esteemed letter indicating your honor's state of health. May God give you health and success. I had no information about your difficulty «1» and the reason for it. Thanks be to the Almighty God that all is well. I, too, in this condition, am not my usual self. Please do not forget me in your benevolent prayers. Peace be upon you.
