Mr. `Ali Hajtarkhani, may God always assist him:

Accompanied by Messrs. Haj Asadullah `Askar Owladi and Haj Habibullah Shaffiq, you are hereby given the mission to take control of and maintain any property, real estates, farmlands, animal husbandry installations, which belong to Hujabr Yazdani, «1» and to sell those liquid assets and convert them into cash to be deposited in the name of the three of you until the time a decision regarding this is made.
