You are requested to hold congregational prayers and conduct religious affairs and propagate the sacred religious canons in the town of Miyaneh. Go there and in cooperation with the religious scholars and respected local residents, perform the assigned duties, God willing in the best possible manner. I pray to the Almighty God for everyone's success of everyone. May God's peace, mercy, and blessings be upon you.
