I hope, God willing, you always be safe of calamities and engaged with carrying out your divine responsibilities. Given your precedence in Larestan, «1» it is advisable that you take a travel to the region to dispose of the problems and settle the local disputes. While fulfilling this great duty, you are required to familiarize the honorable people with their responsibilities at this juncture, calling them to unity. May God prolong your success in serving Islam and Muslims.
