Regarding your precedence in Gilan region and the fact that some problems have taken place there, I ask you to pay a visit to the cities of Langaroud, Roudsar and Lahijan to remove the problems with the assistance of `ulama' and local authorities. Call the honorable residents to unity and familiarize them with their great duty at this period of time. I wish you success in advancing the supreme Islamic goals. May peace be upon you!
