His Eminence, Sayyid al-A`lam, Thiqat al-Islam Sayyid Muhammad-Jawad Rukni (May his blessings last long),A letter from Bandarlengeh honorable residents was received in which they demanded that you perform Friday prayer there. According to this condition, it is deem advisable to accept their invitation and hereby you are appointed as a Friday prayer leader to inform people of their profound duty along with the performance of this godly obligation. I hope that the honorable residents avail themselves of this opportunity and lose no effort in performance of this godly obligation by greater congregation.
