The items so far used and the items that exist there, all should be checked and controlled. Gentlemen, I vest you with authority to issue orders, particularly in the matters that have a bearing on poor and oppressed people. In case you need legal proceedings, the public prosecutor is under obligation to form a special court for this purpose.
