Dear Mr. Yasir `Arafat, Head of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO),

I acknowledge the receipt of your message of condolences on the martyrdom of the devoted soldier of Islam, Dr. Mustafa Chamran, for which I appreciate you. I pray to God Almighty to bestow His bounteous mercy on all the martyrs of Islam and to annihilate all the infidel enemies. May God's peace be upon you.
