Dear Mr. Colonel Mu`ammar Qadhdhafi, President of Libya,

We received your message of condolence on the recent heart-rending tragedy and thank you for it. We beseech Almighty God to exalt the ranks of the martyrs, to grant patience to the bereaved families and to annihilate the enemies of Muslims and the world's oppressed people.
