Mr. Leoneid Brejenaf (?), Chairman of the Presidium of the Soviet Union,

I received your message in which you expressed your condolences on the latest sad tragedy. The enemies of humanity and Islam wanted to deal a blow to our popular Islamic Revolution by this heinous crime, but contrary to their expectation these desperate efforts and barbarous crimes make our nation more determined in their struggle against the colonialist, and help them to close their ranks more tightly. I beseech God to grant ultimate victory to the world oppressed people over the arrogant powers. I appreciate your sympathy and kindness.
