Message [Reply to a telegraph of congratulation on the auspicious feast of Qurban]

In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful

Your Excellency Ma'moun `Abdul-Qayyoum, President of the Maldives,

I acknowledge the receipt of your telegraph of congratulation on the occasion of auspicious feast of Qurban with appreciation. Reciprocally, I extend my congratulation to you and the Muslim people of the Maldives. You are aware that the Islamic Republic of Iran has been subjected to all kinds of plots just because of its opposition to the world-devouring America that struggles to undermine the Islamic Republic of Iran by resorting to all sorts of machinations going so far as to hit the oil fields of Kuwait through Iraq and reactionary regional regimes and is now accusing Iran of this heinous crime. Our Muslim nation expects the Islamic countries to support it so that we can better carry on with our peaceful way of life without dependence on the East and West.

I pray to God to grant victory to Muslims of the world over the colonialists, especially the world-devouring America and the aggressor Israel.
