I acknowledge the receipt of your telegraph of congratulation on the occasion of the auspicious feast of Qurban with appreciation. Reciprocally, I extend my congratulations to you and to the Muslim and revolutionary people of Algeria. I pray to the Exalted God to grant glory and greatness to the Muslims of the world under the sublime teachings of Islam and unity of expression.
