Message [Reply to a telegraph of congratulation on the auspicious feast of Qurban]

In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful

Your Excellency Rashid bin Sa`id Al-e Maktoum, Deputy governor and Parliament Speaker of Dubai,

I acknowledge the receipt of your telegraph of congratulation on the occasion of the auspicious feast of Qurban with appreciation. Reciprocally, I extend my congratulations to you and to the Muslim people of your country. I hope that you will not spare you support of our Islamic and revolutionary people who have been subjected to all kinds of plots and enmities of the superpowers for establishing Islamic government. Our nation has been accused of the most disgraceful crimes only because of raising objections to the world-devouring America, to the extent that the criminal America has attacked the oil fields of Kuwait through the mercenary Iraqi regime and the help of reactionary governments of the region and shamelessly accuses Iran of this heinous crime. I pray to God to grant complete victory to Muslims of the world over the Eastern and Western superpowers and the rightist or leftist colonialists, especially the world-devouring America.
