Message [Reply to a telegraph of congratulation on the auspicious Feast of Qurban]

Your Excellency Hamed bin Muhammad al-Sharqi, Governor of Fujaira,

I acknowledge the receipt of your telegraph of congratulation on the occasion of the auspicious feast of Qurban. Reciprocally, I extend my congratulations to you and to the Muslim people of Fujaira. I hope that with your special insight about the Islamic countries, you will appreciate our delicate situation in the face of different plots of the world-devouring America, which is the biggest enemy of Islam and the world Muslims. The criminal U.S. has gone so far as to attack the oil fields of Kuwait through the Iraqi Baathist regime and the help of reactionary regional governments and accuse Iran of this heinous crime. In such conditions, our Muslim and revolutionary nation expects the Islamic countries to support it against these plots so that they can better carry on with their proud way of life and secure victory over the enemies of Islam.
