Message [Reply to a message of condolences and sympathy with the martyrdom of a group of military commanders]

In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful

Mr. Muhammad `Abdul-`Aziz, Head of the Command Council of the Republic of Sahara,

I received your Excellency's message of condolence on the martyrdom of some dear commanders of the armed forces of the Islamic Republic «1» and appreciate your sympathy. I hope that you will stay alert at this critical junture when the Muslim world has been the subjected to plots especially by America. I also hope that you will avert conflicts and condemn the violators of Muslims' rights such as the mercenary Saddam and the bloodsucking Ba'athist Iraqi regime. This godless criminal launches attacks against residential areas and civilians with bombs and missiles, which have resulted in the martyrdom of tens of innocent people and destruction of residential houses.
