Decree [Granting amnesty to convicts]

[In His Most Exalted Name

Your Eminence Imam Khomeini, Leader of Islamic Revolution- may your sublime presence endure;

With salutations and wishing good health for that honorable leader- may our souls be sacrificed for him. Based on the proposal of the Prosecutor General of Revolution about granting amnesty to convicts, attached is the the process-verbal and the list of 1932 convicts to be granted amnesty pending your approval.
