Professors of the Cultural Revolution Committee will consult with the respected teachers of theological seminaries choose individuals to cooperate with one another.

[Imam Khomeini also reiterated that:]

If they want to effect essential changes in university subjects, it will take more than twenty years and is not possible to put the universities on hold for all this time. Of course, with the universities open, the Cultural Revolution Committee can carry on its work to bring about the essential changes.
