Reciprocally, we extend our congratulations to you and to the nation of Algeria on this great Islamic celebration. It is hoped that the brilliant light of the great leader of Islam will enable all Muslims of the world to save their countries from foreign domination, especially from the criminal America, to obtain their complete independence and to expel traitors to the Islamic nations and mercenaries such as Saddam.
