Her Excellency Madam Indira Gandhi, Prime Minister of India,

I received the congratulatory message of Her Excellency on the fourth anniversary of the splendid Revolution and in support of the Islamic Republic of Iran for which I thank you. It is hoped that this original Islamic Revolution will be a model for the rest of the nations that are under domination so that they liberate themselves form the yoke of the colonialists.
