Received the telegraphic message of Your Excellency on the sighting of the auspicious moon of the Feast of Fitr for which I thank you. Reciprocally, I congratulate you, the brother nation, and the Muslims of your country for the arrival of this great Islamic feast. I pray to the Almighty God for the sagacity and unity of the Muslims of the world in the face of the plots of the enemies especially the global plunderer America. May God's peace and mercy be upon you.
