Received the telegraphic message of your Excellency on the sighting of the auspicious moon of the Feast of Fitr for which I thank you. Reciprocally, I congratulate you, your Muslim and brother nation, for the arrival of this great Islamic feast. I pray for the salvation of all the deprived and oppressed of the world and especially, the Islamic nations from the clutches of the enemies of Islam especially the world-devourer America. May God's peace and mercy be upon you.
