In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful
Commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps is authorized to implement with utmost caution the disciplinary regulations of Sepah offenders confirmed by my representative in an attempt to preserve order and prevent chaos in Sepah-e Pasdaran. In this regard, and with approval of the council of Sepah permission can be given in necessary cases to commanders who will not make a misuse of this permission.
