You Eminence is notified that after issuance of the holy decree dated 19/3/1362 AHS about investigation into the situation of prisoners convicted in general and revolution courts, a delegation was sent to Kurdistan Province to constantly look into the situation of prisoners. Now Your Eminence is requested to agree with the release and sentence-reduction of prisoners belonging to anti-revolution groups in the following city:
