We have been notified that a number of Iranian passengers in foreign countries sell the country's currency. In view of the fact that transfer of banknote exceeding the provided sum has been declared illegal, this act runs counter to the prestige and honor of the Islamic Republic, your eminence is kindly requested to announce your opinion on the subject.
