With abundant greetings and inquiring about Your Eminence's health and moderation of disposition, you are kindly informed that a theological school has been established in Varamin city. Your Excellency is kindly requested to permit the remuneration of tullab would be paid out of to locality's contribution to the blessed share of the Imam (`a). I implore God to grant you longevity and health and victory to Islam and Muslims and seek your prayers. May God's peace and mercy be upon you!
