Message [Condolence on demise of Mr. Ayatullah Shirazi]

We are from God and to Him shall we return

The demise of Ayatullah Haj Sayyid `Abdullah Shirazi- May God's peace be upon him- has caused great sorrow. Presence of such scientific and religious personalities committed to struggle against the ringleaders of blasphemy and oppression are assets for theological seminaries and supports for the country. Their loss is a blow for Islam and Muslims. I condole the Savior (May our souls be sacrificed for him), prominent maraji` and `ulama'- may their blessings last long- theological seminaries and family of the deceased and his sons- may God Almighty support them- on this deplorable loss and pray God to grant patience and reward to his respected family and God's mercy to the deceased. May God's peace be upon the righteous servants of God!
