Decree [Appointment of representative in Supreme Defense Council]

In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful

Brigadier General, Qasim-`Ali» ahir-Nejad, May God assist him,

I hereby appoint you as my representative in the Supreme Defense Council. I hope besides fulfilling the entrusted duties in the council, you will supervise different sections of the army and provide me constant necessary reports. I implore God Almighty to grant you success.
