His Holiness Hadrat Ayatullah al-`Uzma Imam Khomeini- May his presence last long- Great Leader of the Islamic Revolution and Founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran,

Respectfully, enclosed find the list of 144 convicts of Islamic Revolutionary Courts in three cities in reference to circular no. 29/3/62-1/15595 of the Supreme Judicial Council and 55 convicts of public and revolutionary courts circulated by the amnesty department and deserving amnesty or extenuation of their punishment.
