His Excellency Mr. Lee Shian Nian, President of the People's Republic of China,

I acknowledge the receipt of your Excellency's message of congratulation on the occasion of the anniversary of Islamic Revolution and extend my appreciation. It is hoped that other deprived peoples of the world and oppressed nations inspired by the noble Islamic Revolution can deliver themselves from the domination of colonialists and particularly the world-devouring America.
