I acknowledge the receipt of your Excellency's message of congratulation on the occasion of victory of the Islamic Revolution in Iran and extend my appreciation. It is hoped that with divine aid and victory other deprived nations under the domination of global hegemonists, particularly the oppressed Muslims will also be inspired by the life-giving school of Islam to rescue themselves from the domination of Eastern and Western colonialists We would witness the establishment of universal Islamic government in the near future.
