His Excellency Mr. Pal Lo Soniz (Chairman of Presidium of Hungary),

I acknowledge the receipt of your Excellency's message of congratulation on the occasion of victory of the Islamic Revolution and victorious uprising of the noble and great Muslim people of Iran and extend my appreciation. I beseech God Almighty to deliver all deprived and oppressed peoples of the world from the domination of colonialists and oppressors.
