Respectfully, enclosed please find the list of 619 convicts of the general crimes (excluding the splinter groups) of Islamic Revolutionary courts in 10 cities in implementation of the circular no. 63/3/29-1/15595 by the supreme judicial council and 14 convicts of the general courts we received through the Amnesty and Remission Department deserving amnesty and extenuation of punishment.
