Respectfully, enclosed please find the list of 531 convicts of general crimes (excluding the splinter groups) of the Islamic Revolutionary Courts in 10 cities in implementation of the circular no. 62/3/29-1/15595 of the Supreme Judicial Council and 35 persons convicts of the general crimes of revolutionary and ordinary courts received through Amnesty and Remission Department and deserving of amnesty and extenuation of punishment.
