His Excellency Mr. Theodor Zhikev, President of Bulgaria,

I acknowledge the receipt of your Excellency's telegraph congratulating the arrival of the New Solar Year and extend my appreciation. It is hoped that in this year, the deprived and oppressed peoples of the world can be liberated from domination of world-devourers, particularly the criminal US, under the shadow of their unity and solidarity.
