Decree [Agreement to supply of the expense of Maktab Jami`ah az-Zahra' of Qum by the Mustad`afan Foundation]

[Mr. Sayyid `Abdul-Karim Mousawi Ardebili, member of board of trustees of Jami`ah az-Zahra', the Sister's Theological seminary in Qum, in a letter to Imam Khomeini dated 28/2/1362 AHS announced:

"Respectfully, regarding the Maktab Jami`ah az-Zahra'in Qum you are notified that subsequent to Your Eminence's order, the board of trustees and managing directors were set up and legal formalities of registration carried out. The board of directors is preoccupied with inauguration of the Jami`ah az-Zahra'. At present, it needs credit supply for fulfillment of its budget" In continuation of the letter, he has requested authorization from the resources at the disposal of Mustad`afan Foundation to meet the needs of Jami`ah az-Zahra'. Imam Khomeini in reply wrote:]

Dear Prime Minister, Mustad`afan Foundation should meet all the needs of Jami`ah az-Zahra'.
