Respectfully, enclosed please find the list of 226 general convicts (non-splinter groups) of Islamic Revolutionary Courts of seven cities in implementation of the provisions of the circular no. 62/3/29-1/15595 of the Supreme Judicial Council and 92 convicts of general crimes of Revolutionary and General Courts received through the Amnesty Department and deserving of amnesty and extenuation of punishment.
