Letter [to Mustafa Mu`in]

[ Mr. Mustafa Mu`in Minister of Culture and Higher Education in a letter dated 10/2/1364 AHS to Imam Khomeini alluded to the unfavorable situation of universities and existence of moral and political deviation among a number of students and domination of an atmosphere of certificate orientation and highly specialized qualification orientation and as the result elimination of committed and Hizbullahi forces seeking solution from His Eminence. Imam Khomeini entrusted investigation into the cases cited to the Supreme Council of Cultural Revolution. The Imam's message is as follows:]

Raise these problems in the Supreme Council of Cultural Revolution that will certainly investigate about them.
