In His Most Exalted Name
al-Islam Mahallati, may his gracings last,
As endorsed by you and some others that Mr. Sham`khani is a righteous and committed person, in a letter he has written of what has happened, he has expressed regret and apology. God willing, you will ignore what has been passed by and treat him and other Sepahi brothers as brotherly as before. Dear Sepah brothers should note that Mr. Mahallati, my representative, is a struggling, upright and battle-tested and observing his respect and attention to his guidelines is necessary. I beseech God Almighty to grant success to all in serving Islam and the Islamic Republic. May God's peace and mercy be upon you!
