Respectfully, I beg to bring to your Eminence's attention that following your holy order dated 19/3/1363 in connection with investigation into the condition of prisoners of public and Islamic Revolutionary courts by dispatching delegations to prisons and making careful inspect into their situation, the following decisions have been adopted towards reduction and release and request Your Eminence to confirm the list.
