I acknowledge the receipt of Your Excellency's telegraph of congratulation on the occasion of New Lunar Year and extend my appreciation. Reciprocally, I congratulate this year to you and the Muslim people of your country. I hope that this year Muslims can curtail the hands of the enemies of Islam and plunderers of East and West from their rich countries by greater unity and solidarity and regain real independence and their lost glory. May God's peace and mercy be upon you!
