I acknowledge the receipt of Your Excellency's telegraph of congratulation on the occasion of New Lunar Year and extend my appreciation. Reciprocally, I congratulate this year and hope that Muslims of the world in this year can curtail the hands of the aliens from their rich countries in light of unity and inspiring from exhilarating teachings of Islam and regain real independence and their lost glory. May God's peace and mercy be upon you!
