Permission [Use of the share of Imam (`a) for purchase of road-building machinery to help deprived people of "Bashagerd"]

[Esteemed Majlis Speaker, Mr. Hashemi Rafsanjani,

After greetings, as I notified you in person, the deprived people of Bashagard «1» and the surrounding area are hard pressed in road, among others. In the recent travel we have to the region along with a number of Kuwaiti brothers, we found the situation deplorable and brought this state of affairs to the attention of the Reconstruction Jihad, which told us if they had bulldozer and graders, all problems would be resolved immediately. One of my companions named Haj `Abbas ibn Nakhi said if the Imam permits, we are ready to purchase a set of bulldozer and grader from the Imam's share. You are kindly requested to get the permission from the Imam so that we can purchase the two set. To elaborate, the Reconstruction Jihad has no resources for the purchase of the said machines.
