His Holiness Great Leader of the Islamic Revolution and Founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Hadrat Ayatullah al-`Uzma Imam Khomeini, May your blessed existence last long,

Respectfully, you are notified that based on note one of single-article law dealing with amendment of legal bill declaring pasdaran serving in comitte as being exempt from military service as passed by Majlis in 31/1/1361, Islamic Revolution Comitte constitutes one of the disciplinary forces to continue with its activities under the supervision of Interior Ministry as provided by its constitution that is subject to approval of the Islamic Consultative Assembly. The said constitution is under study; therefore, you are kindly requested to clarify the functions of this disciplinary force as it is deemed advisable and communicate the result.
