Decree [Transfer of s part of the authorities of the Commander-in-Chief of the armed forces in disciplinary forces to the Interior Minister]

al-Islam Mr. Muhtashami, May your gracings last long,

Appreciating the efforts of Hujjat al-Islam Mr. Natiq Nouri, «1» you are hereby authorized to use the authorities of the Commander-in-Chief of the armed forces in the affairs of the said disciplinary forces as long as the correction of regulations in consultation with the esteemed president «2» in an attempt to resolve the current problems of gendarmerie and police station that function under the supervision of Interior Minister, taking advisable action for promotion and encouragement of officers and non-commissioned officers and personnel as well as other cases within the jurisdiction of the commander-in-chief of the forces.
