His Holiness Prominent Marja` Hadrat Ayatullah al-`Uzma Imam Khomeini, May Your sublime presence endure,

After greeting and wishing health and longevity for the Imam, I, Sayyid Dawoud Mustafawi, Islamic Consultative Assembly deputy representing the city of Rasht, am engaged in officiating the congregational prayer in Kazimayn Mosque located in Shahid Ejaredar Tehran Street. Believers trust me and entrust their religious dues and I personally do not need to use them, but there are poor people in the location that stand in need of help. May I beg to ask your permission to spend part of the collected sums for the poor and the remaining parts submitted to Your Excellency.
