Respectfully, enclosed please find the list of 798 convicts of the Islamic Revolutionary courts of 12 cities in implementation of circulars no. 62/3/29-1/15595 of the Supreme Judicial Council and 21 of the convicts of general and Revolutionary Courts declared by Amnesty and Criminal Record Department to be deserving of amnesty and mitigation of punishment.
