Permission [Construction of houses for personnel of Sepah-e pasdaran]

[His Holiness Hadrat Ayatullah al-`Uzma Imam Khomeini Great Leader of Islamic Revolution and Founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran and Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces, May our souls be sacrificed for you,

Considering the intense need for house of the personnel of Islamic Revolution Sepah-e Pasdaran- who are predominantly from among oppressed people- may I beg Your Eminence to agree Mustad`afan Foundation to put the Quds Garden «1» that is suitable for this purpose at the disposal of the Ministry of Sepah so that with cooperation of the Housing and Urbanization Ministry measures would be taken for building houses for Sepahi brothers? The subject has been consulted with honorable brother Hujjat al-Islam Mr. Hashemi Rafsanjani who is quite in agreement with the idea. «2» Also dear brother Eng. Mir Husayn Mousawi, the esteemed Prime Minister and also Your Eminence's representative in Mustad`afan Foundation, have made the subject dependent on Your Excellency's consent. May God keep Your Eminence healthy up to the reappearance of His vicegerent.
